The Challenges

Our client embarked on a regional initiative to digitize their documentation management system, migrating from legacy Mobius to CMOD with advanced capabilities such as xml indexer, ACIF indexer, PDF indexer, ODWEK autosearch functionality and event studio that are capable of processing all major file formats (PDF, AFP).

We helped our clients deploy the environment and tools that enabled live migration, as well as project management to perform the migration.

The Client

One of the world’s leading integrated energy companies and conducts business worldwide, involved in virtually every facet of the energy industry.

The Challenges

Provide comprehensive custom enterprise-scale application to support The Thailand Comprehensive Reserves Study (TCRS) process required to estimate Chevron Thailand’s hydrocarbon reserves and resource potential. The system covers the entire reserves and resources classification model to track the movement of recoverable hydrocarbons from the discovery stage to proven status based on probablistic approximation procedure and complex engineering calculation method.

The system includes over 100 screens , 20+ comprehesive reports, 50+ utilites features enabling the most efficient use of the system eg. hierachied data entity navigation, configurable workflow, detailed task logging, personalized user views; and involved with 10 back-end system integration both batch and online.
