Inteltion develop the cloud-based system for Carpool, including the customer facing web-site, mobile application, Line bot, and backend administrative application. The system also integrate with various global and local services to complete the workflow, including insurer interface, call-center integration. The system is among the earliest among insurers that was certified by OIC under the latest security regulation.
