Responsibilities

  • Performing the role of advisor, planner, and leader in working with clients to devise and implement solutions related to process or quality improvement 
  • Clarifying main mission and target of project aligned with client’s requirements, creating work plan and estimation
  • Managing a team of 10+ resources, supervising team members through monitoring daily business and operation, with effective and timely direction and suggestion.
  • Managing project with updating information of daily business and operation, managing the issues that could impact the project.
  • Supporting partner in business developments, pitching activities of new project

  • Enterprise Data Warehouse, ETL/ELT, BI & Visualization
  • Big Data and Advanced Analytic
  • Marketing Automation and Campaign Management
  • AI Chatbot
  • RPA
  • Web Applications and other possible enterprise solutions. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information System, Information Technology or any related fields.
  • At least 8 years’ experience in IT industry
  • At least 2 years’ experience as project manager
  • Very good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understand consulting work and willing to work long hours
  • Professional skills including establish personal credibility with client and others, strong oral and written communication skills, drive to add value, maximize team’s performance
  • Good English communications and writing skills are a plus
